At Threadigo, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. As our products are made and packed with attention to detail, we follow a replacement-only policy under specific conditions, outlined below.


1. No Returns or Refunds

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.
  • This policy applies to all products, including hoodies, t-shirts, and other apparel.

We encourage customers to review product details, sizing information, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.


2. Replacement for Damaged Products Only

A replacement will be considered only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, and
  • The issue is identified immediately upon opening the package.

3. Mandatory Video Evidence

To request a replacement, customers must:

  • Record a clear, continuous unboxing video
  • The video must show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The process of opening the package
    • The damaged or defective product clearly visible

⚠️ Important:
Claims without proper video evidence will not be eligible for replacement.


4. Reporting a Damaged Product

  • The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please email us at support@threadigo.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Unboxing video
    • Clear images of the damage (if required)

Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.


5. Replacement Process

  • Once the claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement of the same product will be shipped.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
    • A replacement of similar value, or
    • A store credit (at our discretion)

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Color differences due to screen/display variations
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Claims raised without an unboxing video

7. Final Decision

Threadigo reserves the right to approve or reject any replacement request after reviewing the evidence provided.
All decisions made by Threadigo regarding replacements shall be final.
